The Natural Stone Gem Store SIS, which is to be located in the any Mall Fashion Store or in existing boutique is a new business. Format. We will offer a great selection of natural stones artefacts and jewelry in various designs, colors and sizes. All pieces will be designed and created by the promoter AREL under Brand name RATNARASA.

The SIS will stock a wide selection of natural stone products such as Gem jewelry, artefacts etc. The purpose of this business plan is to develop a blueprint of the company’s vision and strategy and then use this plan as a guide to develop and grow the business. This business plan will also be used to align the various elements of the company to create a coherent system of sustainable customer satisfaction and profitability.

Company Description

The Natural Stone SIS  is a newly established business can  locate inside any Mall/Boutique  Fashion Store across globe  powered by AdityaRashmi Exports  under brand RATNARASA. The Natural Stone Store Kiosk is owned and operated by Ratnarasa. We will offer a variety of premade and custom-made gemstone jewelry and stone artefacts products that are designed and created by the promoter under brand RatnRasa, on site as well as at Kochi & Jaipur. All our pieces are designed for the professional and sociable folks.

The hours of operation will model the mall hours of Monday – Friday 11:00 am to 10:00 pm and 10:00 am to 11:00 pm on Saturday -Sunday.

Start-Up Summary

The cost to setup a kiosk and prepares it for operation total Rs.34,00,000. Start up inventory will cost approximately Rs.25,00,000. 

Start-up costs will be financed through Creating legal SPVs

Location and Facilities

The SIS will be located in any  Mall/Boutique fashion Store across globe subjected to investor demography. All products will be warehoused at the promoter’s primary store located at Ernakulam. Jewelry items and artefacts will be made/sourced at merchandise set-up at Cochin Office & Jaipur and on demand at the mall SIS.
