We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior General Manager to lead the design and build materials showroom. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the showroom, including product display, sales, customer service, and staff management.
Responsible For
- Lead and manage the design and build showroom, ensuring it operates smoothly and efficiently.
- Oversee product display and sales, ensuring that products are displayed in an attractive and effective manner.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure the showroom has a wide selection of high-quality products.
- Manage and train staff, ensuring that they provide excellent customer service and are knowledgeable about products.
- Implement sales and marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving the showroom's performance.
- Develop and maintain a positive company culture that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and employee satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.
Additional Requirements
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. At least 10 years of experience in a senior management role in the design and build industry. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Experience managing staff and overseeing sales and marketing strategies. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
