Onboarding Executive

Overview

To onboard new B2B clients and ensure their smooth transition into our company, building long-lasting partnerships and driving sales growth.

Responsible For
  • Conduct onboarding process for new B2B clients, including contract review, setting up accounts, and training on company processes.
  • Build strong relationships with new clients, understand their needs and identify areas for improvement in our services.
  • Provide ongoing support to ensure clients are satisfied with our services and address any issues that arise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, operations, and customer service, to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for clients.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and updates to their accounts.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitive landscape and industry best practices to provide valuable insights to clients.
Additional Requirements
Educational Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, customer service, or account management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Knowledge of the B2B sales process and experience in the relevant industry is a plus.
