Cluster Manager – Sales

Overview

The Cluster Manager(building materials) is responsible for driving sales growth and achieving market share objectives for a specific geographic area through effective leadership of a sales team.

Responsible For
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Lead, manage, and motivate a sales team to achieve business objectives
  • Foster strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement sales programs and promotions to increase market share
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of customer complaints
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to continuously improve sales strategies

Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or related field Proven track record of success in sales management Knowledge of building materials industry and market trends Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
