Commercial Manager

Responsible For
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and customers
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts and reports to support decision-making
  • Analyze data to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers and internal departments
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and drive innovation within the commercial team
  • Lead and motivate a team of commercial professionals, providing coaching and mentoring as needed

Educational Requirements

Proven experience as a commercial manager in a similar industry Strong negotiation, leadership and interpersonal skills Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders Advanced proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; Master's degree preferred A minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial role
